    Essential Duties

    The Senior EEG Manager of Clinical Services is responsible for ensuring that all clinical aspects of EEG Operations are consistent, at Company standard and that the patient experience is universally positive. Create training modules for EEG Technicians, create clinical training and refresher curriculum, evaluate staff for technical competence and core competencies. Also responsible for creating, implementing and reporting out on patient experience/satisfaction survey.

    General Job Responsibilities

    • Responsible for the creation and implementation of training curricula for EEG Technicians – both for new hires and refresher curricula for existing EEG Technicians
    • Create, implement, track and report out on Patient Satisfaction Survey data.  Take lead role in using survey data to improve patient satisfaction – either by retraining EEG Technicians, looking at changing procedures, using different supplies, etc.
    • Ensure consistent patient experience across the nation –  employees’ proper attire and grooming, car cleanliness, equipment cleanliness, proper sanitation procedures, etc.
    • Conduct regular ride-alongs with EEG Technicians, assessing clinical skills and competencies
    • Oversee the training program for EEG Technicians and supervise EEG Trainers.  Continually  evaluate the effectiveness of training and make modifications as needed
    • Partner with Regional Tech Managers to conduct annual competency checks on EEG Technicians
    • Assist with new product development and implementation
    • Conduct annual evaluation of Regional Tech Managers’ clinical acumen and skill level
    • Create and implement development plans so that EEG Technicians may earn status of Registered EEG Technologists
    • Assist in monthly Regional Tech Manager meetings regarding clinical content
    • Assist in interviewing/hiring process with EEG Technicians and Regional Tech Managers as needed
    • Assist with ongoing Joint Commission policies, procedures, updates, etc.
    • Represent the Company at conferences and seminars as required
    • Perform other duties as assigned

    General Job Requirements

    • High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor’s degree is preferred
    • Registered EEG Tech credentialing by the Board of Registered Neurodiagnostic Technologists through ABRET
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in EEG, along with 5 years of clinical management experience
    • Current driver license with valid insurance
    • CPR certified
    • Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks with competing priorities
    • Available to travel overnight, 25% to remote sites as needed
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications, including Word and Excel
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills
    • Proven ability to hire, train and mentor a team
    • Outstanding data and analytical skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
    • Ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
    • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
    • Ability to react calmly in emergency situations and make appropriate and timely decisions
