    Essential Duties

    The Scheduling Sales Specialist will facilitate and navigate the patient referral process including thorough
    scheduling goals.

    Develops new prospects and interacts with existing customers primarily by phone to increase sales of an organization's products and/or services.  Provides support to customers over the phone and may conduct field visits as necessary.Contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project. Work is generally independent and collaborative in nature.

     

     

    **Schedule is Saturday - Wednesday  9:00am - 6:00pm**

    General Job Responsibilities

    • Facilitate and navigate the patient referral process with the confidence
    • Thoroughly explain the EEG process to the patients so they understand how we help
    • Anticipate patient questions and concerns as they pertain to the EEG process
    • Achieve and exceed individual and group scheduling goals
    • Establish a rapport with the patient to guarantee the highest level of quality care
    • Master medical terminology and professional acumen to support strategic scheduling practices
    • Utilize strong interpersonal skills in order to create positive experiences for both internal and external customer

    General Job Requirements

     

    • High School Diploma or equivalent
    • 1+ years’ previous sales experience
    • Confidence to perform on an incentive-based salary
    • Ability to utilize Google Maps in coordinating field technicians' work and travel schedules 
    • Exemplary customer service skills and experience
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills
    • Ability to communicate effectively with referral sources, staff, patients, and insurance companies
    • Adjust priorities quickly as circumstances dictate
    • Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
    • Strong written and oral communication skills
    • Ability to multi-task and be highly organized
    • Read, evaluate, and interpret data
    • Perform mathematical functions
    • Must be able and willing to sit and stand for extended periods of time.
