    Essential Duties

    The Videographer/Photographer is responsible for conceptualizing, creating and executing video and photographic content for the Company.  Responsible for photographing, videotaping, editing and presenting digital and print images and video depicting the Alliance Family of Companies story to internal and external audiences. 

    General Job Responsibilities

    • Produce compelling, polished content for Company platforms
    • Uses lighting and editing techniques to capture images in an authentic and ethical manner
    • Photograph, edit and present newsworthy, high quality, digital and print images, video and related materials
    • Provide creative input to help conceptualize branding of training/marketing materials and content, and direct photograph and/or video shoots
    • Maintain proper care and use of all photo/videography equipment.  Make technology recommendations as necessary
    • Transport, set up and operate various production equipment including cameras, tripods, lighting equipment, props, microphones, audio receiver/transmitter, memory cards, hard drives
    • Operate and maintain proper levels and calibration of cameras, audio and video recorders and other production equipment
    • Perform other duties as assigned

    General Job Requirements


    • College degree required, preferably in photography or film
    • Minimum 1 year practical experience 


    • Proficient in all areas concerning photography
    • Proficient in all areas concerning videography
    • Ability to shoot/film high quality content within strict time frames
    • Strong internal customer service focus
    • Work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic, deadline-driven environment
    • Ability to take initiative, work with a sense of urgency and set priorities with minimal direct supervision
    • Strong problem solving and analytical skills
    • Demonstrated knowledge of archiving techniques, digital workflow and digital asset management

    Required Licenses/Certification:

    • Current driver license with valid automobile insurance
