    Essential Duties

    The Graphic Designer is responsible for producing content to support sales training/marketing efforts through the use of technology and computer software packages for print and web.  Responsible for producing content for websites, brochures, advertising materials and Company templates for print and internet.  Manage assigned projects through all phases of production.

    General Job Responsibilities

    • Design and produce a variety of content across traditional print and digital media
    • Produce content for websites, brochures, advertising materials and Company templates that meet brand standards
    • Collaborate with internal customers to discuss and determine layout design and content
    • Work with third party suppliers to receive competitive estimates, as needed
    • Assist in the vendor selection process
    • Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts to resolve issues and determine creative solutions and training methods based on organizational need
    • Create designs and organize content in a way that addressed organization performance and learning needs of the enterprise, to include: New Hire, Continuing Education, Systems and Leadership
    • Perform other duties as assigned

    General Job Requirements


    • College degree required, preferably in Fine Arts, Graphic Design or Visual Art
    • Minimum 1 year practical experience 


    • Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
    • Proficiency with both a PC and Mac
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Strong internal customer service focus
    • Work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic, deadline-driven environment
    • Ability to take initiative, work with a sense of urgency and set priorities with minimal direct supervision
    • Strong problem solving and analytical skills 


    Required Licenses/Certification:

    • Current driver license with valid automobile insurance
