    Essential Duties

    The Technical Support Manager is responsible for leading a team in installing and configuring Lifelines iEEG computer systems, diagnosing hardware and software faults and solving technical and application problems.  Responsible for providing the highest level of customer service and support to customers and distributors.

    General Job Responsibilities

    • Lead a team that provides technical support for all iEEG-related issues, either in person or via telephone
    • Test, evaluate and support the roll out of new applications and software
    • Hire and train staff of Helpdesk Technicians
    • Oversee the installation and configuration of computer hardware operating systems and applications
    • Effectively troubleshoot problems, diagnose and solve hardware or software faults
    • Prioritize, manage and respond to multiple work orders in a timely, professional manner
    • Establish and maintain positive working relationships with customers and distributors
    • Escalate unresolved issues in a timely manner
    • Ensure accurate, timely procedural documentation and relevant reporting
    • Maintain best practices guidelines, organizational policies and procedures
    • Provide timely, accurate information about products and services
    • Perform other duties as assigned

    General Job Requirements


    • High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor’s degree is preferred
    • 3+ years of managing IT support function in a business environment


    • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
    • Strong customer service skills, including ability to listen, interpret and explain computer-related concepts in non-technical terms
    • Demonstrate knowledge of networking, MS SQL databases and remote control
    • Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks with competing priorities
    • Strong troubleshooting skills
    • Ability to multitask and solve problems efficiently and quickly
    • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft operating systems
    • Extensive knowledge of computer hardware
    • Experience with a corporate IT ticket system
    • Experience with asset and software tracking
