    Essential Duties

    Job Overview:

    The Manager, EEG Operations manages local scheduling and real-time operations that facilitate the maximization of resources to achieve customer satisfaction, productivity, schedule adherence and financial goals.  Oversee the daily activities of the Intake, VOB, Inside Sales teams to ensure that department goals are met.


    Primary Job Responsibilities:

    • Interface with central operations management to ensure smooth coordination of scheduling and maximization of schedule adherence; provide input on local conditions, identify needs and receive direction on real-time staffing increases or decreases
    • Ensure team effectively manages schedule adherence, notifying and escalating within the site and within the network as warranted; ensure communication of real-time staffing changes to network Operations staff
    • Responsible for overseeing daily activities of EEG Operations team, ensuring that the department meets productivity and financial goals
    • Review ongoing performance results to targets. Take corrective measures with authorization, escalate as needed
    • Participate in daily, weekly, monthly and annual planning process as appropriate
    • Maintain a favorable working relationship with all other company employees to foster and promote a cooperative and harmonious working climate which will be conducive to maximum employee morale, productivity and efficiency/effectiveness
    • Project a favorable image of the company to promote its aims and objectives and foster and enhance public recognition and acceptance of all of its areas of endeavor
    • Keep immediate superior promptly and fully formed of all problems or unusual matters of significance and take prompt corrective action where necessary or suggest alternative courses of action which may be taken
    • Perform all necessary supervisory functions to effectively and efficiently manage the personnel assigned
    • Communicate areas of accountability and performance expected of personnel assigned
    • Determine standards of performance as a basis to review progress of personnel assigned
    • Recommend salary adjustments, transfers, promotions and dismissals
    • Ensure proper training of personnel assigned
    • Develop individuals for future advancement
    • Perform other duties as assigned

    General Job Requirements

    Qualifications (Required):

    • High school diploma or equivalent required
    • Experience in a production or call center environment
    • Minimum 5 years’ experience supervising, coaching and developing staff

     Qualifications (Preferred):

    • Bachelor’s degree for an accredited college/university
    • Experience working within a HIPAA regulated environment
    • Management of local and remote teams
