The Administrative Assistant is responsible for corporate administrative support for the Compliance Officer. Responsible for organizing, scheduling and coordinating administrative activities within the Corporate Compliance Department. Under the direction of the Compliance Officer, the Administrative Assistant is responsible for attending meetings, creating, collecting and maintaining corporate documentation as needed. Provide support for organizing, updating, coordinating and distributing policies and procedures and other administrative information required by the Senior Leadership Team.
