    Essential Duties

    The Administrative Assistant is responsible for corporate administrative support for the Compliance Officer. Responsible for organizing, scheduling and coordinating administrative activities within the Corporate Compliance Department. Under the direction of the Compliance Officer, the Administrative Assistant is responsible for attending meetings, creating, collecting and maintaining corporate documentation as needed. Provide support for organizing, updating, coordinating and distributing policies and procedures and other administrative information required by the Senior Leadership Team.

    General Job Responsibilities

    • Edit, develop and digitally reformat policies and procedures as instructed by the Compliance Officer or other members of the Senior Leadership Team
    • Edit and organize letters, forms, brochures and other types of materials as instructed
    • Create, edit and update presentations
    • Manage multiple Outlook calendars
    • Create general correspondence, memos, charts, tables, graphs, business plans, etc. to ensure accurate and timely information is presented
    • Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, copying, preparing binders, etc.
    • Perform other duties as assigned

    General Job Requirements

    • High School Diploma or equivalent is required. Bachelor’s degree preferred
    • 3 + years’ Healthcare, accreditation and Joint Commission experience preferred
    • Minimum 1 year experience as Administrative Assistant, supporting Senior Leadership
    • Able to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive “can do” attitude
    • Demonstrated ability to balance multiple projects with competing priorities
    • Ability to establish priorities and meet deadlines
    • Ability to multi-task
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality
    • Possess a high level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations
    • Previous experience in the development of policies and procedures
    • Superior attention to detail in composing and proofing materials
    • Must possess strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office
    • Excellent proof-reading and documentation skills
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate to all levels of the organization
