    Essential Duties

    The Manager, Employee Experience is responsible for designing, implementing and evaluating an integrated strategy to promote employee health and engagement throughout the employee lifecycle and reinforce employees’ connection to the Company’s core values.  Responsible for new hire orientations, health and wellness initiatives, employee recognition and rewards, and developing tactics and programs that reinforce Company culture, and establish the Company as a great place to work.

    General Job Responsibilities

    • Coordinate all site-based health promotion and wellness activities
    • Manage employee rewards and recognition programs
    • Develop and maintain ongoing relationships with community organizations
    • Develop and implement employee engagement programs to increase employee retention and promote the Company’s culture
    • Build partnerships and relationships across the platform to help drive the employee engagement agenda
    • Conduct new hire orientations and facilitate employee onboarding process with multiple functional areas
    • Supervise daily activities of Receptionist staff
    • Facilitate annual performance review process rollout, assisting managers with the process
    • Facilitate the selection and management of Learning Management System (LMS)
    • Propose innovative approaches and solutions to engage employees and bring excitement and new experiences aligned with company culture and brand
    • Assist in development of benefit plans and open enrollment materials
    • Monitor turnover and retention rates and assist in development of programs that lower turnover and improve retention across the organization
    • Assist in managing organizational change
    • Conduct exit interviews
    • Develop, coordinate, manage and maintain total well-being programming to reduce health risk, medical costs and encourage healthy lifestyles
    • Monitor annual budget, including projected program and promotional expenses
    • Facilitate site-based wellness meetings
    • Perform other duties as assigned

    General Job Requirements


    • Bachelor’s degree required


    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications, including Word, PowerPoint and Excel
    • Strong interpersonal communication skills
    • Superior customer service skills with the ability to motivate others
    • Strong oral and written communication skills
    • Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
    • Ability to handle confidential information in an appropriate manner
    • Ability to adjust priorities quickly as circumstances dictate

    Required Licenses/Certifications:

    • Current driver license with proof of automobile insurance

    • Ability to sit for extended periods of time
    • Ability to lift up to 20 pounds
