General Job Responsibilities

  • Track and analyze key metrics – pipeline growth, quota attainment, etc.
  • Collect, consolidate and generate weekly operations forecasts (monthly and quarterly focus) and roll up each week’s numbers to Sales Management
  • Compile key pieces of information related to performance against operations objectives to be reviewed by Management and report approved plans to Finance for processing
  • Analyze win-loss data and report on key findings to operations leadership
  • Ongoing reporting and analysis for the Operations Department, including: executive reporting of key metrics and KPIs, asset management and analysis and ad hoc strategic analysis as needed
  • Ensure the accurate, efficient distribution of employees and equipment to maximize operational output
  • Recommend revisions to existing reports, and assist in the development of new reporting tools as needed
  • Perform other duties as assigned

General Job Requirements

 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Economics or Management required
  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience 
  • Superior computer skills with intermediate MS Excel proficiency
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to organize, collate and interpret data effectively is REQUIRED
  • Excellent interdepartmental communication skills
  • Attention to detail and high level critical thinking skills
  • Ability to take initiative, work with a sense of urgency and set priorities with minimal direct supervision
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
