Essential Duties

The Medical Territory Sales Manager (TSM) is responsible for leading a team of Medical Territory SalesRepresentatives (TSR’s) in promoting our diagnostic services to healthcare providers.  Salesrepresentatives are responsible for educating healthcare providers about the benefits of neurodiagnostictesting.  Reporting to the Vice President of Sales, the TSM will manage a dynamic sales team with thegoal to increase both revenue and volume of patient referrals to Alliance Family of Companies, as well ashelping to brand the name and image within the community.

The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) is responsible for leading a team of Medical Sales Representatives (MSR’s) in promoting our diagnostic services to healthcare providers. Sales representatives are responsible for educating healthcare providers about the benefits of neurodiagnostic testing. Reporting to the Vice President of Sales, the RSM will manage a dynamic sales team with the goal to increase both revenue and volume of patient referrals to Alliance Family of Companies, as well as helping to brand the name and image within the community.

General Job Responsibilities

  • Achieve quarterly and annual sales goals & revenue for their assigned region with a strong understanding of market conditions and sales opportunities
  • Manage expenses and assist in goal and budget development for their region
  • Maintain and expand the strongest sales team in the Southwest Region
  • Coach, mentor, retrain and motivate MSR’s
  • Play an active role and take personal responsibility in personal development, success and performance of MSR’s within their territory
  • Daily interpersonal interaction with doctors and staff members in order to ensure strong partnerships with potential referral sources, through outside B2B sales
  • Implementing Alliance’s superior testing services in the offices of those within the healthcare community through networking and events
  • Educating physicians and hospital staff on how to identify patients for Alliance’s services
  • Frequent communication and teamwork with clinical operations staff
  • Assistance in the hiring and training of MSR’s for their region

General Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or a minimum of three years (3) experience in a Supervisory role including but not limited to:
    • Experience in Budget Management
    • Experience in routing and territory management
  • Medical Sales experience is REQUIRED
  • Located within the regional boundaries is REQUIRED
  • Must be able to travel up to 75% of the time and drive extended distances per geographic requirements
  • Must be authorized to work and travel within the United States on a full-time basis
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and company specific software
  • Strong strategic thinking, internal customer focus and communication skills
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license, have independent means of transportation and automobile liability insurance
  • Experience working with Salesforce Preferred
  • Willingness and acumen to learn industry related literature
