Essential Duties

The Financial Analyst is responsible for interfacing with the Finance, Accounting, Operations and Sales departments to analyze financial and operational data, produce timely reports for management, and identify improvement opportunities.

General Job Responsibilities

  • Work with large data sets, analyze the data to understand the underlying business implications, engage in discussions on what the data means, summarize findings with an actionable approach
  • Responsible for day-to-day asset tracking and management of fleet vehicles and medical equipment
  • Coordinate and manage fleet vehicle orders, shipping and registration/titling paperwork
  • Manage and perform billing audit requests as required
  • Create and manage key internal reports and dashboards used to make day-to-day and strategic decisions as assigned by management
  • Develop models to measure and project performance and track efficiency
  • Understand and work with key financial metrics for value quantification (ROI, breakeven, etc.)
  • Perform detailed analytics to develop supporting data and insights to drive value-based decisions
  • Perform other duties as assigned

General Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting required
  • 1-3 years accounting/finance experience preferred
  • Highly detail oriented, with strong organizational skills
  • Strong financial analysis skills, analytical mindset, intellectual curiosity
  • Ability to investigate problems and develop/communicate solutions
  • Ability to meet assigned deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service
  • Ability to act and operate independently, with minimal supervision
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel preferred
  • Experience with QuickBooks a plus
  • Ability to model and analyze complex data sets as well as financial statements
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks with competing priorities
