Essential Duties

The Scheduling Sales Specialist will facilitate and navigate the patient referral process including thorough
scheduling goals.

A Day in the Life:

  • Facilitate and navigate the patient referral process with the confidence we know you have!
  • Thoroughly explain the EEG process to the patients so they understand how we help
  • Anticipate patient questions and concerns as they pertain to the EEG process
  • Achieve and exceed individual and group scheduling goals
  • Establish a rapport with the patient to guarantee the highest level of quality care
  • Master medical terminology and professional acumen to support strategic scheduling practices
  • Utilize strong interpersonal skills in order to create positive experiences for both internal and external customers

General Job Requirements

Description of You:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ years’ previous sales experience
  • Confidence to perform on an incentive-based salary
  • Exemplary customer service skills and experience
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with referral sources, staff, patients, and insurance companies
  • Adjust priorities quickly as circumstances dictate
  • Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and be highly organized
  • Read, evaluate, and interpret data
  • Perform mathematical functions
  • We do not need a bodybuilder or Olympic athlete, but you must be able and willing to sit and stand for extended periods of time; frequent kneeling, stooping, bending, crawling; frequent use of fingers and hands; reaching with hands and arms above and below shoulder height; frequent patient interaction; speaking and listening
