Essential Duties

The Sales Support Intern will provide administration support functions essential to the successof the outside sales team and servicing of our clients.

The Sales Support Coordinator will provide administration support functions essential to the success of the outside sales team and servicing of our clients.

 

General Job Responsibilities

  • Review client and vendor agreements with high degree of accuracy and upload to CRM
  • Create and/or maintain sales reports using Pivot Tables, Graphs, and Charts in MS Excel
  • Books reservations for air travel, hotel and car rentals for sales team
  • Coordinate office meetings and off-site events; schedule and provide quotes for lunches, dinners, venues, etc
  • Assist in the development and disbursement of marketing materials
  • Provide additional administrative and general office support for new hire orientation, team meetings, and sales trainings
  • Travel short distances to local sites to run business-related errands for department
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external clients
  • Be flexible and willing to perform other duties, as assigned
  • Run reports (Ex: Incompletes, Pending Pre-Auth., Pending Referral, Lost VB, Houston Intake, Houston call to Schedule, Inactive)
  • Call doctor offices daily to check status of pending referral requests and any incomplete
  • Scan and email agreements, billing, additional documents to appropriate source
  • Print agreements and doctor info sheets
  • Manage checks and billing sheets
  • Order business cards, tri-folds (EEG and HST) and indication cards
  • Use zzzPAT to upload patient information into HST units
  • Handle HST units and paperwork/tracking log
  • HST pickup and drop off with patients and doctors
  • Help Techs with equipment, such as memory cards or inventory
  • Equipment and supplies inventory/shipping to Techs and offices

 

 

 

General Job Requirements

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (must be comfortable with basic formulas, Pivot Tables, Graphs, Charts)
  • Some College Experience is required
  • Reliable Personal Transportation is required as travel to local sites is required
  • Pleasant and professional communication style
  • Great attention to detail
  • Listening skills and ability to think critically and creatively
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to follow oral and written procedures and instructions
  • Perform other duties as assigned
