You are knowledgeable, inspiring, and ready to take on all responsibilities thrown your way. You are responsible for making sure the EEG Techs are motivated and happy. Your technical ability must extend beyond finding the power button on a computer.

A Day in the Life:

  • 50% out of state travel for those who like living in hotel rooms
  • Make sure techs have all the tools needed so they can succeed!
  • On-going development and mentorship of all field techs in your region…you will be their Go-To Person
  • Ensure proper distribution and delegation of assignments
  • Keen eye for quality while optimizing and improving the process
  • Follow up with patients for quality assurance
  • Implementation and evaluation of policies and procedures to improve efficiency
  • Interview, hiring, and assistance with onboarding
  • Performance evaluations, coaching, and counseling
  • Maintain patient confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA
  • Effectively interact with patients, families, physicians, and other healthcare workers
  • Work within the scope of American Society of EEG Technology guidelines
  • Ride alongs and blind follow ups with techs
  • Verification of completed studies
  • Hold tech meetings to communicate changes and other important information
  • Review and approve time cards
  • Other cool stuff

General Job Requirements

Description of You:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Valid U.S. Driver’s License with proof of automobile insurance
  • CPR/BLS Certification
  • 3+ years' EEG experience is required
  • 2+ years' leadership experience is required
  • R.EEG.T credentialing by the Board of Registered Neuro-diagnostic Technologists through ABRET preferred
  • We do not need a bodybuilder or Olympic athlete, but you must be able and willing to push, pull, lift, carry and move up to 50lbs; sit and stand for extended periods of time; frequent kneeling, stooping, bending, crawling; frequent use of fingers and hands; reaching with hands and arms above and below shoulder height; frequent patient interaction; speaking and listening
  • Entering others’ homes can be a bit distracting or unexpected, so please always be respectful and professional
  • Shall an emergency arise, handle it with the confidence and grace we know you have!
  • Adjust priorities quickly as circumstances dictate
